| Physicals: Every athlete MUST have a physical on
file in the Activities Office before they can practice.
The physical must be filled out on the VHSL physical form.
Forms can be printed out from the
FORMS
page. Physicals must be dated AFTER May 1, 2008.
This physical will be good for the entire school year.
Practice Times: Practice will be from 3:30 to
6:00, Monday through Friday.
Study Hall: All Freshman athletes will have
mandatory study hall every Monday through Thursday after
school from 2:30 until 3:15.
